Call for Applications: up to 12 fellowships at the Käte Hamburger Kolleg CUREThe Käte Hamburger Kolleg for the Study of Cultural Practices of Repair (CURE), at Saarland University, is opening a call for applications for up to 12 fellowships. The Käte Hamburger Kolleg CURE is an institute for advanced studies that has been supported since 2024 by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR). Each year, the center welcomes a group of researchers from around the world and from different disciplines. For its fourth year of existence (October 2027 – September 2028), and subject to approval of funding by the BMFTR, the center is offering up to 12 residency fellowships lasting from 6 to a maximum of 12 months (starting in October 2027). Target audience: researchers in the social sciences and humanities who hold a doctorate. 7th Young Researchers Overseas Day 2026
On Tuesday, 1 December 2026, the seventh Young Researchers Overseas Day is organized by the Royal Academy for Overseas Sciences (Belgium). This event is aimed at researchers younger than 40 who are working overseas in various research fields. These fields should fit into one of the scientific disciplines of the 3 sections of the Royal Academy for Overseas Sciences.
